I love to eat pineapple tart but I dislike the one that has a very soft & fluffy taste. Worse thing is sometimes you only can taste the pastry but not the jam inside. Normally this one is the roll one atau dia org buat mcm rupa nenas. There's no doubt that there are many pembuat pineapple tart that is very good.

Kulitnya crunchy at the same time ianya lembut. Dan bagi penggemar akan rasa jemnya, it gives a verrrry nice combination. Kadang-kadang ada org yg suka mkn pineapple tart nie but dia tak suka rasa tepung. Bila Yatie buat mcm nie, this kind of customers seem to enjoy & like the biscuit as rasa tepung is jusssst nice & yg lebih penting dia org dpt menikmati rasa pineapple jem tu ..... nie semua Yatie dpt feedback dr customer Yatie.

Bagi yg ingin mencuba.
BAHAN:
450g tepung gandum
260 gm butter
75gm tepung susu
1 sudu mkn icing sugar
3 biji kuning telur
1 biji putih telur
1 sudu mkn minyak sapi
2 titik yellow coloring
1/2 sudu teh garam
CARA:
1. Butter, gula, telur, minyak sapi, pewarna, garam, semuanya digaul rata
2. Diikuti dng tepung susu & tepung gandum digaul hingga sebati
3. Adunan diperap 1/2 jam sebelum diterap dlm acuan tart
