BAKED CHEESE KEK
250gm cream cheese
200l fresh cream/plain yogurt (Yatie tak pandai sangat dgn penggunaan fresh cream Yatie pakai aje yogurt)
2 sudu besar jus lemon
3 sudu besar tepung gandum
2 biji telur
90g gula
CARA-CARA:
1. Campurkan semua dan kacau hingga sebati.
2. Bakar menggunakan suhu 170C (sesuaikan dgn oven masing-masing ye) lebih kurang 40 - 45 minit.
3. Selepas 30 minit tutup kek dgn aluminium foil (apa tujuan asal Yatie tak pasti, tapi pernah try tak tutup kek tu jadi merekah)
Resipi nie Yatie dapat dari penyumbang resipi di MyResipi. Tak ingat plak namanya.

yatie, my fren made a very nice baked cheese cake tapi dia put inside tray fill up with water during baking process.

kalau ttp nk elak dr burn kt ats...cara baked is steam+bake, ltk mould dlm tray yg ade air, then bakar...guna fresh cream pon ok and add in some corn flour...
sakuracute: it's just plain yogurt..
